Progress seems a bit slow today, The pens are taking shape nicely.

Hopefully when I return back to the tegu farm later today much more will have been completed.

The rains have not been very kind to the building work, but it is progressing nicely.

With the trees out of the way there is plenty of natural sunlight for these enclosures.

Starting to look good

Finally I have some time again to update the blog.

Much has been happening over the last month.

We have just started to make the pens for baby/juvenile tegus. Hopefully the build will be completed in 3 weeks at the most. Unusually for this time of year we had some huge downpours of rain which have cause us to lose a couple of days work with the building this week.

This was the view after day 1, they had to cut down 2 jackfruit trees (only for wood not the fruit), 2 coconut trees, and move 8 banana trees to clear this ground.
